Limericks - The Bygone Days

 The Bygone Days

Little by little I sigh,
Life a labyrinth of lie
Or a myriad of mystery.
Let me learn the mastery.
And let this puppet play untie.

Limericks is a poem with five lines, that has a strict rhyme scheme of AABBA. Thus the first, second and fifth line has the same end rhyme and the third and fourth lines have an end rhyme that rhymes with each other.

Now its your turn to weave the lyrics of your very own limericks.

  1. A Day

    The bells are ringing,
    The choir is singing.
    The little lady turned right,
For her baby dog started a fight.
The day went by, simply frightening.

    sometime they call it fate
sometimes they say its a bait
either way its not something you fight
its something that makes you bright

  5. The nature🌷

Upon a nice mid spring day
    I took a look at nature's way
I took a breath of nice freash air
Feel the breeze within your hair!
I felt the drop of falling rain like a
    Running train... 🌼

  7. Erstwhile....

Past is past,it moves very fast to future
The lesson of past makes as mature
Terrible curtains roars through our pain
The monstrous vulture is hungry at the window pane
Then, these are the medicines of our fracture.

    "Authorname:"Minadh shameer"
The world gives me cause to be curious
For the meaning of life is mysterious
    That we even exist
    Makes it hard to resist
The belief that our purpose is serious

    WORLD PAIN{title}

Bid be still the throbbing hearts,
Of those, whom death,or absence parts
    And,with some softly whispered air
Smooth the brow of dumb despair
This is how the world now departs....

    ME AND CHEMISTRY

There is a subject called chemistry
How it works is a total mystery
    It is an atom
    Say my madam
But all I see is my misery
